What does Friend means? (EDIT)

To me. Kind Loving Helpful. Always there when you need a shoulder or a good laugh. Always lending a hand. Play. Goofing about. And all out company you enjoy to have. Right?
What am I getting at? This.
This morning my dad went to Tracy's house to check up on her since the camper she's staying in has no heat and the toilet has backed up again. So my dad went to fix the toilet again and get more heaters out of the building for her. That's as far as I know.
Well.... Tracy got mad at my dad and chewed him out cause he didn't come to her the last 3 times that she "Needed Him" and the 3 times she done this my dad was with either my mom. Me and Lena. Or all of us together. And when she can't get my dad's attention. She claims she does this or that to herself. (Cutting herself or doing Meth) As in the past that had got my dad running to her to find out she didn't do it. (Even though she did cut herself)
My dad has finally given up on running to her aid on her texts and claims of doing these things. So she got pissed at him for ignoring her texts and calls. Which she calls my dad while he's at work (Temp half job til he finds a real job) And which has gotten my dad in trouble cause of her. (Cause of Tracy that my dad got fired in the first place) But back to the subject.
So Tracy chewed my dad out and started threatening him that she is gonna kill herself. Honestly. She's a attention whore and just wants attention from my dad. But I think it finally hit my dad that Tracy isn't really a friend. Cause to me friends won't do these things to friends. I mean really.
If I done this to Iceytigeriss or kontonakuma I think they both would give me a good hit on the head for this nonsense. Cause c'mon. I know friends do tend to get mad at one another. But we forgive and forget and say sorry. Not "Oh you hate me so I'm gonna do shit to get you to see me!"
So yeah. My dad had to call the cops on Tracy cause she actually picked up a knife and tried to stab herself. My dad did had to grab her and stop her. Will that backfire on him? Idk. I hope not. Things finally calmed down now. Still waiting on the cops to show. :/ We called them an hour ago.
Yep Lame sucky cops we have here. But then again we have Greenville County Cops (They are a hour away from us. Go figure) and not Greer County Cops (5 minutes from us to their station). Why? Who fucking knows. But either way they're slow when it comes to things like this. Fastest I seen them move is when someone called cause of the Music being to loud next door. They got to them in 30 minutes... So senseless calls get them here faster while important calls get them here slower. Yep makes sense.
So ANYWHO! As what I learnt at Church lastnight. Tracy is a Mountain of our problems. And in the Name of God. Move that Mountain! lol That sermon seems to be talking right at my mom lastnight XD

EDIT: So Found out more of what happened and something else. So Tracey tried to punch my dad. And threw a stoll at him and grabbed a knife. My dad did take the knife from her and left calling the cops.
The cops and EMS finally came.
And load and behold. We found out Tracy flipped yesterday and somehow gotten a gun and started shooting on my road. :/

To me a friend is someone who you have fun with and can just be yourself, they are there when you need them and can count on you to be there in the same situation.
And that woman has really gone insane if she thinks she can drag your dad away from you. The fact she got a gun and attempted to kill herself or your dad just shows how insane that bitch really is and you don't need the stress or her.
And seriously, friends don't do crap to be attention whores. -.-;
