Any suggestions for a ref sheet? Artist needed!

I'm looking into getting a new reference sheet for Dimby. I've got a couple ideas, but I'd love to have a few more suggestions for an artist. I'm looking for something high-quality, and I'd be okay paying more for it.
Also, any input on the character design would be welcome.

Edited for clarify. Mostly, I'm looking for a good artist to make a new sheet, someone that does quality work.
However, if you have any input on the character design, that would be great, too. :3
Like I said, I am willing to pay more for better quality. High-end price would be around $200, though hopefully I can get something for less than that.
