R.I.P. Raccoon Nightflurry: 1997-2013
Welcome Ethiopian Wolf Nightflurry: 2013-?
I think it's impressive my fursona(not a big fan of that word but I'll use it here to save time) has survived for so long without change. Sure there were a few crossbreed experiments but no serious threats.
Truth be told I had considered Ethiopian Wolf as far back as I had considered raccoon, so the idea of that is nothing new. Things change, and change is good. I've spent the last couple years changing a lot about how I go about life and treat others, and I've grown as a person tremendously. Still have plenty of work to do, but I'm getting there.
Just as old attitudes are changing, I think it's not a bad idea to put to rest the old self idealized image of myself with them.
So in the spirit of turning a new page in life and my time in the fandom, I present you with the new Nightflurry. I'm not gonna bother changing names as well, got to keep some part of the old furry me.

I like that it's a unique wolf species, and I'm also glad to hear that you've been figuring yourself out. :3
