First off, thanks to all the new watchers! ^-^ <3 And of course to my previous watchers as well! You guys are all great, I appreciate any and all support!
Second, I do believe I will be taking drawing commissions. The opinions I got have been between 10-15$, so I'm going to go a happy medium with 12$! And that's full color/shaded. No backgrounds yet, seeing as I have issues with them still. Of course the final price depends on markings and complexity! Now, that doesn't mean the freebees are stopped just yet, seeing as how I'd still like some more practice.
For the third thing I wanted to ask, how do you guys like streams? I personally love sitting in on another artist's streaming of their art! Seeing as I will be taking commissions eventually, do you guys see streaming as a perk or as a necessity? If I were to stream art for shits and giggles, would you sit in on it? Opinions are appreciated! :D

Just a suggestion though? You might want to offer various things like sketches and lineart as well (if you're comfortable enough with that) for lower prices; gives you a chance to make more money and get people who might not can afford a full color commission. Or if you want to just do full color/shaded? split it into categories- like portrait, bust and full body with different prices for them so people can have different options. Also, you might want to make a quick price sheet with your prices and examples for people to quickly glance at
As for streaming? Depends on how comfortable you are with it- personally I love watching artists work on my commission, goofing around, listening to music and all that fun stuff but a necessity? eh, not hardly. More like a really fun perk, lol. But I doubt anyone would be opposed if you wanted to
Oh, of course! That goes without saying, 12$ is just a base price. Depending on complexity, it can go up or down. :) As in, sketching is far less complex than, say, inking. Just as flat color is less complex than a full shaded picture. :3 And I will certainly try to make a price sheet. Perhaps I'll do some of these freebees as sketches/flat color/bust and all that jazz. I honestly just have no idea how to put together those fancy price sheets, but I'll figure something out!
I actually have no qualms about people watching me work. I just wanted to gauge interest and see if anyone would actually want to join. No real point in streaming if no one is going to use it. lol Thanks for your opinions/advice! (Soon as I'm done with this current slot, I'll be working on yours, so keep an eye out!)
