I'm considering setting aside some OSAP money for an out-of-town con this year, I want to hear some recommendations.
I'm thinking about WhatTheFur (Montreal), Condition (London) or getting my passport and going to either Mid West Fur Fest (Chicago) or going all out and going to Anthrocon.
Whats the best con? Any particularly good or bad experiences that might influence my decision?

I would certainly recommend MFF over AC though :) It's only a little smaller, but everyone is a LOT more welcoming and open to meeting you. At AC it's so huge and busy and spread out that everyone is back and forthing half the time and you can see someone one day and miss them the rest of the con.
Unless you have a huge crew who won't ditch you ever or are cool being lonely, I'd totally recommend MFF :D
Condition is pretty similar to FE, smaller con you'll enjoy if you go with friends.
AC is something completely different. I go with friends and it's the only place I get to see about 30 or so friends from around the globe, but if you go without people in mind to see, you'll easily get lost among the 4000 people who go. There's a TON to do, I've heard people complain that there's TOO much to do, and the say it's a "bad con" because there's so many people and so much to do lol. I still love it myself. Feral and AC are the only two cons I would be heartbroken if I didn't get to go to.
AC has all the people. Keep that in mind if you're the sort of person who can feel overstretched by trying to see EVERYONE. It also means that people are busy trying to see all the people they know, so when I was new and AC was my first con... it was actually pretty hard to really meet people, as everyone's trying to make time for the people they already know.
