Have you done zebras yet ? Seems like your stories ('specially the quick jack-off variety) with hoofed TFs always turn out well, you're good at hooved dudes. Mix up the feral and the furry, keep it to two or three characters max, and you'll have a winner.

Other ideas:

Milk as the transformative substance (I know it's been done lots, but I still love it. Dunno if you've done a guy-into-bull-or-minotaur-by-way-of-suckin'-some-udders, have ya ? And just...have the dude try it spontaneously, like he's out in the barn, supposed to be doin' work, and gets mischievious and goes for it. The TF should be either a fun or distressing surprise. Then he either can't resist fuckin' the cow, or he goes off and TFs some other farm hand (or a relative) while he's either furry or a full-on bull. Get into the mental changes a bit too, just to show how base, primal, uncontrolled, and beast he's become. If he loses language and can only grunt or moo, even better.

Anything where straight dudes get turned is always hot. By way of musk/pheromones in the air, tricking 'em into it, and/or rape--awesome.

Done any plant TFs ? Wait, you did do the pumpkin/jack-o-lantern one from a while back, didn't ya ? That might've been someone else. But I'm thinking more muscle-y things, like Swamp Thing or Man-Thing style, or the hulking creatures that Poison Ivy created in one episode of Batman: The Animated Series. Done in "Pollination"-style (method of TF, I mean--Pollination is one of my favorite alien-TF/growth/straight-to-gay/symbiote stories).
