Angel Beats is by far one of the greatest shows I have ever seen. It has really made me rethink my life and the way I see it, and this moment is one of my favorites.
I highly recommend this to everyone, even if you aren't an anime fan. It's only 13 episodes and all I can say is I was deeply moved by this short show.

Anyway, I get that a situation where a character might die in a dark deep place(collapsed train tunnel), so the sacrifice of organs when is the noble thing to do for everyone. Then everyone else does it, popping out a pen out of their pocket so they can donate their organs too!
