Once again  quaylak Is hosting through the Fit'N'Furry group (A great and supportive community to visit for keeping healthy) a competition for loosing weight!

It's percentage based, not just by the pound, so anyone with some weight to loose has a chance.

I'll be going for it as this holiday I put on a LOT more poundage than I should have... Bad dragon! Bad me indeed, but I enjoyed myself.

Time to get back on track of things. :)
