Sketch critique groups

Anyone know of any nice critique groups online? I'm looking for a good, active community for critiquing some sketches so I can get some help on my art. Preferable a site that's active and gives good, honest crits without flamming. I've found a good writing crit forum, but art ones seem much more full of judgement than help.

Yeah..maybe. I'm just shy about going up to someone to ask for help..I mean, I know people are busy. There's certainly a few I idolize their styles though. :)
