It really depends what you draw and how your style is.
If your drawing simple toons, you wouldn't really need much references at all. Simple toons almost have total flexible arms and legs, you wouldn't really need much Anatomy references. possibly you'd just need to memorize just the basics which is how long would the arms would be or legs would be of the size of the toon/character your drawing.
basicly you just need to know your parts,, and learn how to morph it to the size and style you want.
