3rd night in a row ..

Yep 3rd night in a row now were I can't fucking sleep will be lucky to get 4 hours rest again and as I type this some drunk/drugged up losser ass is walking down the street singing and yelling at 12 am I want to run out there and slit his throat ...kinda funny had a good day till bout 9 pm then it went to shit dono why I fucking try or hope for some things to change that won't ever change or people to care who never really will also feel like pulling my self away from fa and outher online places just seems like i cause problems and upset people lately when im just being my happy and playfull self :( guess I should just crall into a box and wait till im wanted or needed witch seems to be the only time alot of people want any thing at all to do with me

Dont crawl into that box, donno what happeded but I hope it gets better. With no sleep for 3 nights I would be a wreck. Hang in there and try to get some sleep...please...

yea was just very tired and stuff still haven't been getting any good sleep just cant seem to fall asleep till its dam near time to wake up :(

Been there myself too often, I sleep badly at the best of times. Have you tried herbal tea before bed? It works for my mate. (I think its cammomile) but you can go to the grocery and look over the selection it will say on the box which one is good for sleep,

tbh ive tried most every thing including basicly pills from the doctor that are suposta nock out a horse >< I was OD on them big time with out getting sleep they said it should have killed me the amount I was takeing so now im not on meds

Bummer; Oddly enough most meds have absolutely no effect on me either. The docs hate me! I am sure you have tried the ol'standby of a stiff shot of brandy.

German and Irish .. takes a lot to get me to that point :( I dis like the doctors so fucking much they never really help me witch pisses me off

But they never seem to forget to charge for their for their non-services. I do find that if I drink a lot I dont sleep, but a single shot will sometimes help.

I don't pay for meds here I have 100% coverage cause im on disability but most all of our healthcare is free in Canada any ways just not meds or special surgery's we pay for that if you don't have insurance
