MM is mostly a bulk supplier of furs, you can't just buy yardage from them. You can find their furs at places like crs fabric

Oh, yellow? umm http://www.distinctivefabric.com/fa.....roduct=SPRFUR1 you could use that, I like the shade of yellow but it wouldn't match anything else other than more of that fur. It shaves down OK not great. it's not terribly difficult to pull out the tinsel. Or you can use a cold dye, they sell them at michaels and stuff on like mm fox white or arctic fox or even df monkey shag but it won't be a bright yellow, more like a pastel yellow

I will be dying it a light creamy yellow... but it needs to be white first. xD And I won't be shaving it. I need it as long as it can be. I'm sure it'd take forever to take out all the tinsel though... this tail is gonna be huge. D:

Remember that you will need to dye all of the fur at the same time. You will not get a uniform color and texture from acrylic dying that much fur with that thick of a pile. At all. Here is my post on cold dye

I would strongly encourage you to try this method before you try other methods on a swatch of fur. It's so amazingly easy compared to other methods and I have tried other methods.

Everyone orders from Mendel's. If she is concerned she can call them, they're phone is listed. Tulip dye can be found where they keep the white shirts and stuff, you can ask for it. It's about 6 dollars for a bottle of pre-measured but you might try the packet instead. Unlike the acrylic dye method it didn't stain anything permanently, like my bathroom!

Okay, just making sure. I knew a lot of people used it... but I'm still always wary of ordering from new sites.
