MAN THIS JOB MARKET

Can you believe that I'm a certified IT technician and have been in the University of Hawaii's PCATT program for network engineering and I haven't gotten even close to getting a job, besides fixing up and selling wood furniture by myself.
in all honesty it's been so many years I pretty much forgot everything I've learned, I have routers and switches and a server I set up myself, but I don't think I could even start up that network setup now days haha.
Something about using the console port and the telnet or putty and then the um make sure all ports are not shutdown and the EIGRP and the composite metric instead of hop count and the data encapsulation and OSI layers and the ICMP and IEEE 802.11 bunch of other crap
and bit time and microseconds. single mode fiber and 100 meg Ethernet or something also that you need to make sure that your hello and dead timers match and OSPF always needs an area 0 and it is a link state protocol and some other hamburger meat idk.
I wanted to be a soldier like everyone else in my family lol. BUNCH OF SCRIBBLE DRIP.
