They were pretty neat to think of it - we worried at the time though because we were raising the domestic kind and feared they might be diseased Luckily, they didn't seem to want anything to do with our animals...
I'm not really sure... I didn't think so until a friend of mine went on a tour of New York City and the person seated next to him decided to count the number of times she used it over the course of three hours - it was a long time ago, but apparently she said it a lot without really noticing that she was doing it...
I've heard that, like most aspects of the Canadian accent, it's a Gaelic influence, but I can't remember where I heard that nor any idea how one would test the hypothesis...

I'm not formally employed at this time, but have an Advanced Diploma in Biotechnology and I think that's still the field I would be most interested in working in - most specifically in Bacteriology, Environmental Testing, or Phytoremediation...
