haha, i heard they train to be that strong with these guys called penis, very hard and big i heard :o speaking of which, my fingers do need a good workout sometime, my wrist cant keep becoming this strong yet my fingers dont do anything
Yeah try looking up different videos and change your routine. :) Might I suggest Walk Away the Pounds? They have different lengths and are different each time. :) Great if you feel like doing a lighter workout one day, and a more demanding one another. There's a 10 mile, 5 mile, 3 mile, and a quick 1 mile workout if you just want something to kill time and be rewarding. cx
