oh yeah, love Boards of Canada. I had a hard time thinking about which song to post from that album because they're all amazing tracks. I know about XXYYXX, great stuff, haha I remember this one in particular, love the ending of that video. Don't own any albums though, I'll definitely check out his albums.

I'll check them out. From what little Ive heard of massive attack, Though they aren't exactly what I'm looking for genrewise, I do like that kind of stuff, pretty nice of what Ive heard so far.

Also it's no problem, I recommend Freescha's Kids feel the floor album, Ive only discovered it recently and I regret that it took this long. If you like boards of canada, you'd definitely want to try them out. Tycho is a really good listen too.

ooh I love Aphex Twin. Ive only heard a few songs from his selected ambient works though. Gonna have to check them out.

both volumes of Selected Ambient Works are some of the best works of music from the past century

other than what people have already listed, I like atmospheric jungle/d&b and dark tribal dubstep and I think they both work out well as some chillout tunes.

Cool selections, I hadn't heard those artists before. I enjoyed Kettel and Tycho the most. I don't know if this is similar or not, but I've been listening to Ratatat recently. Some of their stuff is more upbeat and dancey, but they have some mellow stuff too. Also, maybe too obvious to mention, but I love almost everything Brian Eno has done.

oh yeah, a friend recommended me ratatat and gave me a few of their albums. I like them a lot, pretty neat style and fun to listen to. Oh and Brian Eno, Very very nice stuff.
