Okays I just made an super epic picture by ACCIDENT using several other people works (not characters or anything lets say.... Trees.... I put a bunch of google images trees together and suddenly it looks totally epic and beautiful is it ok to say it is my work even though I merge other people works into one? (to the point that you cant recognize it as their works) Like all the trees I took turn into an entirely new entity an entirely different picture would it still be mine or would it be copy righted and I be in trouble?

well the overal image you created is yours but the images you used to make it are not.
You would have to created the images since in ways yes it is copyright? your using someone elses images.

though I'm not fully sure. if you can't even recognize their work. though to be on the safe side credit them.

what happens if I use it as my new signature lol kind of a stamp saying (the art is mine but then again the new "symbol" sould be copyrighted O_O;)

You've created a new piece with the aid of bits here and there, however those bits cant be named yours : ) it would be prudent if you linked to the original pieces and/or credit the owners of those bits. As long as you credit there should be no problem at all, unless they've stated any type of license/special copyright to their works

Unless you have the original artist/photographer's permission or have paid royalties, or the images are under free use license, you cannot publish it as your own work, nor can you sell it for profit.
Once gained permission, you can post it with credit to all original contributors.

Check what types of creative commons license it may be registered under. http://creativecommons.org/ may help you understand these licenses.

awww dont think I can use it x-x ShutterStock License agreement seems changeable at any time but so far I dont see anything with the "free" use of it.

Stock images usually have their own special rules, like one-time payments or just free image use, in which case, they're meant for that kind of thing.

would it be fine if I just somehow reproduce the picture by hand? (no tracing of course I dont even want to be called a tracer ) would it be fine then since I didn't actually use their image just only as a reference

If you reproduce anything freehand only using references then it is completely your work.

ok thats good but what the hell Dx drawing realisticly was never my specialty but I DEFINITELY MUST HAVE THIS ONE lol it wont be as cool but I hope it come out nicely thanks a bucnh for your wisdom I owe you one if it becomes famouse (I doubt it will lol but I probably buy you something nice if it does )

ok heres the hint of what I used lol I used a bunch of leaves mutated them in different shape and some how ended up with a giant flame overall image almost like the fire was made of leaves which I must say totally EPIC the color of brown orange and green contributing to a flame like effect *Drools* epicness

If this is photomanipulation, I think it's a bit of a grey area even with the original artists permission. Remember the policy is 'by you or for you'. I always try to use my own photos for anything I do. I used a Googled image for a manipulation here once and it was removed.
