The people tagging fursuiters are getting more and more surreptitious - as I was putting my costumes away, I found that I'd been tagged (Rocket 150). I never felt it or saw it coming. He/she must done it while hugging me - either that, or I was tranq'd, tagged and released. There WAS that little nap I took in Octane while in the Marriott lobby. Maybe some opportunistic tagger got me then. Either way, thank you - whoever did it.

Tagging is someone attaching a "tag" to your suit's ear/tail/etc, kinda like what they do with cattle in feedlots, or with wildlife for tracking purposes. I'm pretty sure the fur-con variety is just for fun, tho.

There should be a tagging e-link feature where if you find it later, you can track who tagged you with the number they gave you!!! That'd be kinda cool.

I was initially thinking this too. I'm glad it wasn't. It would have been very disconcerting if some PETA activist had been able to go undetected in a crowd of 4,000 con-goers.
