Its not the most apparent thing because you dont notice when you forget something untill you NEED to remember it, and the less personal it is the harder it is to remember.
If I forget my age it can take me upto a few seconds to remember (the fact theres a gap means I mustve forgotten), if I cant remember my address, theres a copy of it in my wallet.
If I cant remember what I went shopping for, I go home and probably wont remember unless its obvious like toilet roll or something. X3
The less significant a detail, the higher the chance Ill forget it 10 seconds later and have no recollection of it.

I actually dont remember the meet last week, I just remember a snowball fight and thats it...
