Making Omelets...

This blue book with green and yellow bindings says, "The Personal Diary and Record Book of Vinchenzo."
So I was very hungry this morning and needed something to eat...
And of course I am very well known and talented amongst my family for making omelets and doing fancy work with them...
Today I made an omelet with a cheese center. Not a cheese omelet, but with a cheese center.
I honestly thought it would be very easy and come out perfect, even though I had not made an omelet for over a full year...
Well, it came out in a perfect circle, with a cheese center that had not wound up going outside the omelet...
But it turned out a bit more cooked on the outside with the egg and the egg was not perfectly cooked on the inside by the cheese. This shows that if you stop doing something you have great skill in, you will decrease in skill... in addition might I add when I went to place the omelet on my plate... I noticed the bottom was not as equally cooked as the top, though it was cooked thankfully.
Anyways I promised myself I would restart training my skill in cooking.
