For everyone that interested in PA, the time has been extended!!
Instead of February 5, the new deadline is "March 7". So you
still have a time :D

It's like the "Iron Artist", but has renamed as you've seen.
"Why plastique??"
Because this special use "Pay What You Want" system. Due to
plastique reflects to flexibility. So that's mean the price is flexible
as plastique. It's up to you how much you'd like to pay :P
"What I will get from this special commission??"
You will received the "Inked Work" like this one...

How many slots available for PA Special??
No, PA Special has no limit slots :) However PA has a limit of time.
"So when PA special will be ended??"
PA will lasting for 30 days from now on. So it will be ended
