I'd definitely say give it a whirl since if you get your foot in the door you can always pitch your other ideas at a later date.

You should submit one of your characters in mind and see the results. I think you got a pretty good shot at this.

To me, it would be stupid to not submit one but do whatever you want.

That would be so cool! I've always wanted to see a cartoon have repeated conflicts that show up throughout episodes and slowly get solved because real life problems don't always get solved quickly. That would also involve considerable character development that I'm sure Nickelodeon would be interested in.

Most to all of your art alone would be capable to catching the G-Rated appeal to any child for that instance, why not give major media a chance?

In turn, this could also be an approtunity to actually be able to use your own personal character(s)/fursonas for popular appeal across many children and/or furfans who would watch (If you would be alright with the chances of becoming in mainstream popularity that is). Hell to say that I know a few other friends who take an appeal to your art for its captivating cuteness and texture, and are minors as well I.
