Making this post as a way of asking for honest feedback from the community regarding my business practices and also as a way of hopefully showing potential commissioners what they can expect from me in terms of production. It’s also a way of showing me how I can improve.
Positive and negative criticism are accepted and welcomed – as long as it is constructive. If given a low score in some area – (5 and below) please let me know why this was given or how I can improve.

You are one of the most professional artists I've worked with. My commission was delayed briefly, but I understand your policy of not working on traditional art while sick completely (so no points off for that!)
Actually starting the commission was great. The form is comprehensive and you communicated with me promptly and in a friendly manner :)
The pictures have turned out wonderfully. I actually wish I had something bad to say because it feels like a cop out to give a review like this when you're looking for feedback.

So the outcome is favorable, but while I liked the look of the 1st and 2nd images the 3rd was slightly off. Overall I enjoy your style, however the representation of the character didn't match the original style as much as I'd like. I only mean as constructive. I'm completely happy with all 3 of the commissions I've received.
