Resuts of BBB case with Paypal.

The BBB complaint I mounted against Paypal regarding the incident regarding
Touya_Vulpes went favourably. I am receiving a refund for the amount I was charged back.
They stated they are unable to deal with other users accounts through me due to security reasons which I believe is fair and they have encouraged every one effected to come forward and contact them directly.
For everyone who wants to do this you can reference the BBB CASE#: 304692 in which this was instructed.
I want to thank everyone who came forward to help and I encourage you to contact Paypal to get this sorted out for yourselves.

Since I'm getting asked where to contact Paypal regarding this issue here is the quote from their response:
"It is important to note that we are unable to divulge account information regarding PayPal accounts that belong to other PayPal users. If you are aware of other users who require assistance, please ask that they contact PayPal's customer service directly.

I would quote that there were instructions from BBB case # 304692 that those involved should get in contact with Paypal customer service.
Their EUA does have things down pretty solid which makes it easy for them to pass it off. However my angle was that I felt mistreated as a customer of theirs regardless of policy. This is true because if I had even an ounce of understanding that paypal was making an effort to investigate the user, at least to make sure they were able to take steps to ensure the risks of this happening again were lowered, I would have been satisfied.
Also did you go via escalations?
I would do that if you feel that it wasn't resolved to your satisfaction.
