Yep, preregistered for AC a few days ago and today I snagged my room. For the third year I'll be at the William Penn Omni, three blocks from the Convention Center, from Thursday to Monday.
When it comes to roommates I have one person on as a 'maybe' so that leaves two more slots I'm looking to fill. Con's not until early July so there's time to decide. A slot will be $150, payment due before AC, with preference given to people I know at least somewhat (that means people I've met in meatspace, Facebook friends, people I follow on Twitter, or chat with via AIM or Skype). Yes I know it sounds like I'm being a hardass about it, but I don't want to get burned again by people who don't repay me.
