Well, once again, I ask my fellow artists and cosplayers for help!

I'm working on reworking one of my cosplay outfits, which is a dress. It's supposed to come down fairly straight, but the way it sits on me makes my hips and thighs look huge. I look like a squat lil' midget.

I know without a visual of the dress, it is very hard to suggest anything, but if you've any ideas, please let me know.

I assure you I am not a squat lil' midget.
