Hello all you new followers! I see that people like dinosaurs a lot more than I anticipated. :D
Now onto the not so good stuff. My company is downsizing and I am unfortunately one of the artists who is being retrenched. It sucks hard and I'm scrambling to find another job that I can live with; lots of local game companies are shutting down here and it's looking rather dire. In the mean time though, commissions are open and I'm working on getting my online shop stocked and live.
Hopefully things get better.

I hope you can find some new work soon. If you happen to have a good nest egg of savings, perhaps visit the USA and shake some hands at the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco next month. Expensive, but lots of people at whom you can fling your portfolio!
A significant undertaking, to be sure, but I wish you the best.
I'll be receiving the axe, too, by end of march. they aren't renewing my contract, or else it would be an unlimited one as per laws. so I guess they will be telling me to come back in summer or something. and then it'll start anew, two more years of insecurity...
I'll bee applying, and if I find something I'll be gone for good. I don't gout being led by the nose like that.
You'll most certainly be in my prayers. May the Lord provide you for another job very soon. <:)
