Rubber stamps or some other printing option?

Does anyone know how to make rubber stamps?
Or know a place that makes them for a reasonable price?
I've seen a few places that make them with a laser, so it's all done by computers but the quotes are something like 35-50 BEFORE shipping
I'd really like a stamp of my logo so I don't have to keep using stencils, I can only put it on one paper or card at a time then I have to wait like 10 mins for the paint in the stencil to dry so I can make another card...
This week is going to be a LOT of busy work, just making myself new tags and packaging paper @.@
I'd love to set up a trade with someone to possibly do a linoleum cut, I don't know if there's anyway to make a rubber stamp at home that doesn't involve a cutting tool (I nick my hands up so bad with those)
I need 2 logos done, one is easy (tho symbol on my packages) the other is more complex (my watermark)
I'm going to go around on etsy again and see if someone will sell me the watermark one as a raw stamp, like no wood, maybe it'll be cheaper...

I was looking for quotes, the lowest I could find was $30, which isn't TOO bad, but if I could get it made that would just be better
I've been looking for a unique Stamp to use too,
Or I was thinking of just using a Lined version of whatever I come up with in photoshop, and have it on a transparent background, and make like...a Card with it or something?
But a Stamp would work wonders on just about anything, Damn.
But both ideas sound pretty nice aha :'D
