AC ROOM BLOCK ANNOUNCEMENT

Hey all! It's that time of the year again!

We had such a great time with the Clockwork Creature room block last year that we want to do it again. So! For those of you rooming at the OMNI WILLIAM PENN HOTEL in Pittsburgh, and would like to group your room next to ours, please send an email to inaki

inaki at inaki[at]dreamchaos.net

He will need your name and hotel reservation number. (Aka your Passkey Acknowledgement Number which would have been sent to your email when reserving the room.)

If you would like to be listed as an Anthrocon attendee so others can see, comment below with a squeak, bark, moo, tweet or roar! (perhaps even a scream or a fart, but that's up to you)

Darn, I've already got a block at the Hampton. If anyone's willing to room me, I can cancel though! It'll just be me this year.

Wow.. I'm gonna want a room mate who can help me out a bit! Spending over 600 bucks, and they don't offer a military discount? Yowza. Ah well, tax return this year better be something else. Anyone want to room? I will be bringing a full D.J. rig, so room parties may be a possibility. Also, would prefer if whoever was rooming was over 21, there will be booze... I will be going no matter what, but getting a room mate would be awesome.

Also, I will be reserving my room for Wednesday night as well. so wed, thurs, fri, and sat. four nights, so my room mate would be more than welcome to come early same as me. I like to be able to get there and get settled a day before if possible so as to relax a little bit. Instead of "ohmygosh I just arrived and there is too much to do!"

Doesn't look like a room mate is forthcoming... in which case I will name my room the official party/booze room. Expect lots of all kinds of alcohol, lasers, a good sound system, and a full DJ rig. Having the extra space will also enable folks to store stuff in my room if their room runs out.

We want to make sure that we can keep doing this room grouping, and if anyone gets in trouble for excessive noise or rowdiness, it may jeporadize our ability to do this in the future.

Not a problem. I really hate it when folks have rowdy parties when I am trying to sleep. Being a nuisance is something I want to avoid like the plague.
