Don't know what it was exactly, but huge tiredness, throat hurting like hell, huge headaches(and I normally NEVER have headaches)... I'm glad I'm feeling better enough to draw a bit today!

Sounds like you may have come down with the flu. Those are common symptoms for it, though they often don't last as long as a cold does(Colds usually last about a week or 2, Flu lasts just a few days)
