After constant use of a drill that involves slamming the butt of a rifle against the soldier's left chest, the soldiers are actually developing breasts on the same side of their chest. Take note that soldiers who developed this medical issue, gynecomastia, have higher body mass indexes, that's science jargon for fat levels. This indicates that the body fats are relocating to areas that endure higher physical strikes. Gynecomastia is caused by an imbalance of testosterone and estrogen where the estrogen levels are higher.
Since women naturally have higher estrogen levels than men, this means that frequent physical strikes on their breasts can make them bigger, albeit at a very slow rate. The growth rate would be more effective if women involved in boob punching have higher fat levels since you can't get something out of nothing. Thus, boob punching could work as a double blessing where not only could girls remove fat from places like the waist and get big boobs! Another benefit is not having to pay for expensive implants that may or may not rupture while inside the woman's body.
