I did some minor research. didn't see anything about not being able to mov out of feeling, but a lot about not being able to move the neck afterwards due to pain.

I would guess a pinched nerve, or even 'sleep parysis' if you had been sleeping.

I might concider talking to parents and/or a doctor about it. i dont think it's major serious, but it woudln't hurt to look into it.

I guess I'll look into it tomorrow.
