I woke up to the sound of the neighbors above me abusing their dog.
Hya called animal control.

I'm so distressed right now.

EDIT: Animal control came
The officer was super helpful and looked like she cared a lot. Me and Hya both filled out statements.
Unfortunately since we didn't SEE anything, only listened to it, there was only so much information we could give them.
I just hope that they can see the evidence on the animal.
