This is turning out rather educational for me.

The head is turned to let the beaks form a box together, and the tongues are caressed either gently or firmly and eagerly. Bird kissing is always deep, there is no half way kissing for birds. This can be performed with other species that have an elongated muzzle, such as canids, lupines, vulpines, or draconic/saurian creatures.

I know it's not two birds but it's kind of close. Good luck. You may have to just look at real ref. I think I may try my had at drawing this, it does seem rather rare or at least hard to find.
