Well, that sucks...I'm going to be (essentially) a workaholic, sick scrooge. Oh, come on! That's what happened in the last year. *Angrily crumples up the internet page* Though, looking at Cruger's year...Umm...I really can't complain...Though, I swear it essentially describes last year. *burns the internet page*

Now that's out of the way at least. So, onto different matters. The week has been frustrating at best, hence this journal since I need to rant. After the recent firing of one of our techs, we have found ourselves stretched once again. So, after a very short month of a wonderful rotation schedule, we have been forced to go back to a compressed schedule. Imagine a large slice of bread and a teaspoon of jam...Yup, management did not think that through. Unfortunately, the solution to said situation is wait until April when we have one tech return from Mat leave and 3 new students. good thing February's short and I'm vacationing in March.

I have also recently ended up with a cat. Honestly, I don't know how it happened. In fact, I don't really know why I decided to keep it. All I can say is "You're welcome, cat. Least you're not going to get neutered in a rubber boot with a dirty dull razor" God, it pisses me off when something like that is said to my face. "Oh, if he was around, he would've gone to neighbour Bill's and got neutered like that. He won't bleed to death or get septic. Bill knows what he's doing. He's done it for years with pigs and calves" Ok, I don't care if he's done it 50 million times on pigs and calves, he's not doing it on my cat! Even suggesting that is actually kinda insulting. Actually...really insulting...Essentially, I got a big eff you to your ethics and legalities of your job/two years of education to get said job.

Wow...I just went from slightly irritated/frustrated to now quite ticked off...Well, I was considered "bitchy" yesterday, snappy today...wow, tomorrow's gonna be great
