Just an FYI

I won't be doing commissions anymore.
I have no consistency and even when I try to find a style for ME MYSELF to stick to, I honestly go and ref off of other's styles, such as Squeedge, Hoot or someone else or whatever.
I'm honestly shocked that some of you guys commission me when I can't draw the same thing twice LOL.
As for the two people I owe, I'll be getting yours done eventually. If you'd like a refund that's totally fine.
Sorry.

I find enjoyment in drawing shit for others since it gives me a variety of things to draw.
But.
It's how they are supposed to be drawn and/or what is expected of me to draw for them. I also have no dynamic skills. Go on, go through my gallery and try and find something recent that is truly dynamic. Gets the eye moving and stands out, not some dumb single character on a gradient background.
Seriously. That's all I fucking do.
but if you wanna close commissions for a little, then that's alright, its your decision! I'm still impressed that you have such varied drawing output uvu and I dunno if you do decide to offer them again then maybe like mention that you're kinda inconsistent with your style so unless they specify that they want it done in x way, then they'll probably be suprised or something with the result of style I DUNNO WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY BUT YOU GET WHAT I MEAN??
yeah though, experimentation and style change and being inspired by others is alright, but I do wish you luck in finding your own style!! uou
But when someone commissions someone for art, they want their character, plant, dog, whatever to be drawn in what that artist's style is. If you commission someone and ask HEY CAN YOU DRAW THIS LIKE YOUR SQUEEDGE-LIKE STYLE or DRAW IT IN THAT DUMB PAINTERLY SHIT THAT YOU DO that would just be like lol no.
Another thing is is that I'm 17, almost 18 and I don't understand how I don't have a designated style yet like you or DeadSquirrel for example. I use you two as examples because you are both younger than me. Same with hoot, she is a year older than me but her shit is consistent as fuck and I don't understand. i just rurghhgrhgr.
I mean you can't copyright a style but still ehhghhgehghgh i'm sorry my advice kinda sucks /w\
I wouldn't say mine's completely consistent since I do try out new things every now and then (and as of late my sketches have been looking really frickin' anime like what the fuck) but even so I wouldn't use age as a factor? you still can do some pretty amazing stuff despite the consistency (or in your case, lack of).
but uhh alright maybe try out new things and mishmash a bunch of stuff together, like eyes like this, ears like that, etc etc?? that's how I ended up with the "style" I have now. o: Like back in mid 2011, I tried to merge Squeedge Falvie and the japanese kemono style together and eventually ended up with this monstronsity and I kinda just built on that mishmash and tried out new things from there. so maybe try that! uou
The way you draw a shade fur/hair and the way you distinguish faces, man. I don't think I've ever seen that before.
the only suggestion I have to you is to try and draw pokemon or something and try to make then as retarded looking as humanly possible.
like a neckless lugia or an anorexic chansy.
try and make yourself smile with your art djkhdfg.
oh
oh i sEE WHAT YOU DID THERE. Give my own interpretation on how they should look maybe? Maybe. idk.
but art doesnt make me smile unless someone else draws shit for me fjkdshgjks
and
is that
