So, I just worked through some rather extreme stress, nervousness and critical anxiety in my personal life, and realized that I had dropped in speed and focus because of it. To those with commissions, let me just say: Sorry! This wasn't intentional. Because of that, however, I now need to sit back and focus on what I have, with the exception of the Silhouette Commissions. I actually am going to encourage those.
Why?
Easy. When I stop on a larger product, and I have something small and easy waiting in the wings, that can actually be super encouraging and it helps. It helps me wind down without stopping entirely and losing the groove, and it gives me a break from the larger image(s) I had been working on.
Its a bit like cleaning the whole house and then taking a minute to set yourself down to watch TV as you.. I don't know, light some incense or a candle to make the room smell nice, and continue on then. Its refreshing. Some people might not really get that, but those of us who have had to do this will understand it. :)
This doesn't mean people cannot inquire as to prices for future commissions and such. Please do if you have an interest! I'm always open for questions/inquiries.
