So you don't have a valentine on Valentines Day. Some people don't have a mother on Mother's Day, or a father on Father's Day.

I like to think of it personally as Couple's Awareness day, a time to be mindful of all the problems that can come up in relationships, ranging from the kids that crop up from straight sex, to the inevitability that things just don't pan out, all the way to those cases where couples flat out abuse each other, all too often ending in somebody killing somebody. You know, the stuff that makes me happy to be single. ^.^
