What do you mean by ''more of an Internet meme''?

This poem was originally recited on a Korean radio talk show aired on June 2008. Due to it's subject matter and suiting tone of narrator, it quickly became very popular on internet. As time went on, the poem's refrain 안생겨요 became an internet meme, and nowadays, its meaning has expanded from simply 'you'll never find a girl/boy friend' to 'whatever thing that I/you wish to happen simply won't happen', and the phrase 여러분들 안생겨요 or 안생겨요 is used more often in that context than referring to original poem. Thats why I described it as being more of a meme.

That title sounds pretty depressing, lol. Is it meant to be sarcastic? :)

Yes. The whole poem is filled with sarcasm and self-sneering, especially at the last part where it says

"Still, you'll think that eventuallly, you'll find your significant half and marry? Yes, that will happen, don't worry. But, it seems that for those destined to be single still won't get one, no matter what. Ladies and gentlemen, you all now probably think that you would be an exception from all this. Still.... You won't get one.

Haha, yes, hearing it again I think I can make out the ''sneering'' parts.
