Anyone else having problems with Hotmail?

I have been trying to send out emails since yesterday, but hotmail won't let me send anything out. It is still not working today. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Other than it being affiliated with Windows, I don't see anything wrong with it.

I do use Hotmail a lot but I dont seem to have that problem no.
