Watersports Adventure Story Part 3

(Choice A won out, watch out this next part gets a bit longer)
You take the train heading towards the "downtown" area. The doors close, lots of steaming and chugging, and screeching takes place and the train is on its way. You look out the window as it exits a tunnel and heads outside. The blizzard isn't as windy as it was so you finally get a real glimpse of the place. The town sprawls a lot but stays pretty low to the ground, most of the buildings appear to be inter-connected apartments like the one you came from. In the distance you can see a larger building where the downtown is contained in a very large dome that is the most well lit structure out here. Next to it is a larger building that appears to be the spaceport. In the other direction tall smokestacks can be seen in the distance, where the mines, utilities and industrial yard must be located. This city is resting next to a cliff, the bottom of which is filled with evergreen forest. Snow completely blankets everything and even though it's morning the sky is still quite dark, the world outside is a deep blue.
You glance over at the only other passenger in your car. He's a husky who is dressed like one of the miners. There is something very... off about him, disturbingly so. While most huskies are warm and friendly, this one appears lifeless and has that "thousand yard stare" going on. When the train reached its station the husky got up and walked out of the car, all while staring straight ahead with that same expression on his face, not once acknowledging any of the environment around him. You get up as well and walk through the much larger central station and start heading towards this downtown...
Wow! This place is sketchy! Testament to a long forgotten frontier settlement, dirt, grime and rust is everywhere. The place is inside a giant iron and glass dome lit with several tracks of lights with many burnt out bulbs, like some giant broken-down carnival ride. As your eyes shift around the place it is evident that all manner of temptation is laid out before you:
Black Market Vendors: On the sides of the place is alcoves filled with junk vendors. Among what is mostly electronic waste is old factory parts, used weapons, and at least one Sega 32X. Through ease dropping you hear some shoppers looking for the "other" merchandise and you can only speculate what that is.
"The Tail Hole" Saloon: In the center of the dome is a crowded saloon, it appears to be the most popular place but is so packed that you can barely see what's in there. Outside of it a crowd is gathered around a ring with a fierce boxing match going on. Some music can be heard through all the chatter and cheering. A sign outside is advertising a two-for-one special on draft.
Gay Bathhouse: At another end is an old bathhouse with a tattered pride flag hanging out of one of the windows. The place tried it make itself look nice on the outside, with lots of Greek-revival elements in the architecture but still full of rust and patina. The men hanging outside of this place are very easy on the eyes...
"Olaf's Amusements": One of the alcoves appears to contain a casino and penny arcade. Mutoscopes line the front, against the wall is a fortune teller machine, and through the entrance various slot machines line the walls. There is also a neon sign out front advertising a live peep show.
Opium Den: A red glow draws your eye to another corner of the place. One of the shanties is all accented with ornaments and trimmings from other corners of the galaxy and has been set up as an opium den and head shop. Red neon in the windows above it indicate there's also a brothel upstairs.
Food can be had at any one of these venues, so what would be your next move?
A Shop
B Visit that saloon
C Visit the gay bathhouse
D Take a look inside the casino
E Go inside the opium den
