So, I'm writing a villainess for an RP forum and I need some advice. You see, this little "kitten" is supposed to be of a Chinese background, and she's supposed to be an ace fighter pilot. The problem is, I'm not sure whether I want her to fly a fourth generation for a "fourth and a half" generation jet fighter. So, I'm asking you people which I should use between the following:
Now, the J-11 is an older craft based on the Sukhoi Su-27 "Flanker" - not a bad craft in its own respects. However, the J-10 has some Israeli design bits and is supposed to be comparable to the Dassault Rafale, another fourth generation jet fighter (the F-22 is a fifth generation, FYI). All that I know for certain is that I want something that won't be completely out-classed by a Raptor.
Oh, just a note, but the needs of story require the BLOS weapons are no factor.

In all seriousness, won't these planes be BASED off of these other aircraft anyway? Or would you prefer to use real-world aircraft after all? It might be more fun that way...
Besides, I devinately want one that can pull Pugachev's Cobra...
Besides, if I take the Sukhoy, I can pull Pugachev's Cobra and suprise even more enemy pilots that way. *grin*
