i dont normally fanboy about things, but this looks like it's worth keeping an eye on.
Bungie, the makers of marathon, Oni, and, oh yeah, maybe you heard of it- Halo. - are making a whole new game, and likely franchise. it takes place in the same century as Marathon: the 2700's
its name: Destiny. (not a confirmed final title yet, but is the current designated name)

the vibes i am getting from it is the bungie touch applied to a game with a story similar to phantasy star zero, with flavors of other more modern games, multiplayer co op that might be similar to borderlands, with an involved story that might be a prequel to Marathon by the time the player has figured everything out.
this time, no console exclusive parent companies. it looks like it will probably hit multiple platforms.

hope it does have borderlands multiplayer like co op aginst environment AI cause pvp to me has to much stress and rage quiting XD

more or less yus with a bit more of an rpg feel and the scenery looked amazing tey even talked about random events that can happen that arent scripted which the concept sounds awsome
