Gaming meet on 2/22 in Glen Burnie/FurBowl plans.
Cici's, 26 Mountain Road, Glen Burnie.
Starts @ 5pm, tables near the front windows.
Looking for more furs to game with? You're in luck, since we're a gaming meet AND one of Maryland's longest consecutively-running and open invitation fur meets (sorry, feeling a bit braggy at the moment). SIX YEARS, BAYBEE. The buffet is somewhere around $8, and we meet at the front tables. As more people arrive, we just absorb more tables and chairs. Most folks bring handhelds and sketchbooks, so get to know your neighbors or beat them in Mario Kart. Lots of 3DSes, meaning lots of Streetpasses, so bring it if you have one.
Around 7pm (or earlier, if we're all done eating by then), we make the short trip from Cici's to my place for CONTINUED GAMING. Six TVs, lots of consoles, plenty of table space. Gaming ranges from Smash Bros. Brawl to Rock Band 3 to NES/SNES classic gaming, and you're welcome to bring along whatever games you want. I can't guarantee people will play it, but it's nice having options.
If you can't make it to Cici's but are interested in the post-food gaming, send me a note and I'll give you the address and contact info. Please, leave the fursuits at home, since a) the focus is on the gaming, and b) we get a lot of people sometimes, and blind spots + electronics = I possibly frown. I have a cat, so if you have allergies, keep that in mind. No underage drinking, be respectful of everyone and everything around you.

I've been curious lately, is there anyone who goes "Man, I'm like 99% certain I'd like to go to this, but I utterly detest Cici's" ? I know most of us don't mind/enjoy the food at Cici's, but I've been hearing otherwise lately. I have my reasons for keeping it there (lots of space, cheap, not far from my place), but if restaurant choice is the only thing keeping you from attending, let me know. I'm considering mixing things up in the near-ish future, but Cici's has worked pretty decently for half a decade.

Also, I'll probably be at the FurBowl this month, just in time for the Thrift Shop theme. Because if I was going to be there any month, it'd be for Thrift Shop.

One of these days I'll finally pop down. They keep giving me off Fridays but not Saturday mornings so that'd be a long drive back for me that late at night.
