So I recently got this idea to hold 'secret raffles', because I like the idea of randomly surprising someone with something without them knowing it there was even a possibility for it. Every-so-often I'll post a journal (or maybe a submission), and everyone who comments gets put into a numbered list, and after a certain amount of time (usually a few days to give more people a chance to comment) I'll randomly generate a number. I decided to test this on my previous journal. I only selected one winner this time, since it was just a test run, but in the future I may do more.
