Pounds that is.
Been a long time coming. I keep screwing up my shoulders in the gym - I finally figured out it was the incline benches that were doing it. My rotator cuffs are shot from dislocating my shoulders like a thousand times each. But tonight I got up to 285 and it was relatively easy, probably because I carbed up on fettuccine for dinner. So I slapped the extra 15 on and knocked it out. I only got on rep, but I'm not quitting there, my real goal is 315. Once I hit that I'll be in the 6 plate club.
I'm not sure if anyone here cares but this is the closest thing I have to a blog so WHEE!

That pic is about a year old. I'm rocking a full beard now. You can't really see my goods in that pic much except my arms a bit.
I can't quite blow up a planet yet but I'm working on it.
That and I was watching Olympic weightlifting, and there were 140 pound girls lifting twice what I could. :( So now I'm pumped to do some more strength stuff.
im 5'7, 170lbs currently benching 220 but i could go up to 250, my waist is 32-34. it varies on brand surprisingly.
I'm just starting on my get-in-shape plan, really, but I've dropped a shirt size and I am now up to three full chin-ups (the easy kind, at least) from one a month or so ago. Good luck getting to your next goal, and I hope your shoulders are OK!
