Well, it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be :) They took a urine sample but no blood and the registrar basically went over what they were going to do, where the scars would be and how long the rehab would take.

Basically on the 2nd of September I will having ligament reconstruction surgery and an arthroscopic cleanup of my knee, I'm looking realistically at 6 to 12 weeks before I can think about getting back in the gym, and at least 9 months before I can think about getting back to rugby training.

That's part of the apprehension lifted from myself now, just got to think about relaxing for the procedure itself, but I know it'll be better in the long run. A big thank you to all who've wished me luck recently, I know I can get through this :)
