Its that time of year again!

Would you, could you?
Where I start picking out the styles of glowsticks for Anthrocon. In the next 5 weeks or so, I will begin ordering them. As many of you know, I DO NOT CHEAP OUT on them. I buy Quality anda large Quantity of them.
Last year I brought in 1500 Glowsticks. Picked out so many per night untill the final night. Being the largest croud on the final night, you need a ton. Spand out over the nights it was 300 for the first night, 300 the second night. Then 800 the final night, WITH 100 to spare for the dead dog dance.
This year, I'm planning to do that again, Maybe get custom logos done to the Glowsticks themselves. I need to figure around with pricing. I doubt I'll go for custom logos SINCE we are in a DARK DARK ROOM with lasers, lights, loud music and fog. No one would pay any attention to what it says. Its more like FLAIL around with arms up and party!
Anyhow, I am going to try for a new number of glowsticks this year, Every year since 2010 I have been bringing them, Number increasing each time. But as SOME of you know, It is a real Kick in the teeth. I normally don't release On what the cost is, But in this case, I will. Last year Not including shipping was about $634. With shipping it was another 40 dollars more.
However Some people may ask, What do you do with all these? Simple. I usually find 1 - 2 people willing to donate their time to help hand them out during the Dances at night. It is NOT hard to find us seeing as we are usually stationed on a set of chairs with a box or 2 and a ton of glow-tubes. Breaking them open in the air. Its quite hard to miss us unless you have your head down.

Remember, This is a donation, No one is forcing you to pay. Its out there if you want. Remember, I do this out of the kindness of me to supply all these. So everyone can have fun. I have fun doing this. Some find it a waste of money, I find it to be a fun enhancing tool during night.
Last but not least, Please no comments on "Oh I wish I could donate" or "I don't have any money or else I would." They are not necessary. Again, Its out there if you want to, not because you have to. This is the first Time I have opened for donations on this.
