COMMISSION STATUS

NOTE: commissions are LIMITED. i'm trying to work myself back into
commission work slowly as to avoid previous issues with completing backlog.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
☆All prices are subject to change. prices shown are base prices,
factors such as character complexity, frequent revisions, additional characters
and subject matter may change the commission price.
☆Only the commissioner or person the commissioned piece is for may
upload, repost, or use the commissioned piece as long as credit is given
and are NOT to be used to turn a personal profit. all work posted with
out permission by me and the commissioner will be asked to be taken down,
followed with immediate action being taken if the stolen art is not removed.
all theft WILL be reported to the corresponding site's authority.
☆Revisions may be made free of charge as long as the mistake was caught
early on in the commission process. -work in progress will be shown upon
request of the commissioner- (EX: if you catch that i missed a marking on
your character while i'm still working on color or lineart revisions are free.
-BUT- if you notice i missed a marking after i've already progressed
to the finishing stages of your piece, revisions will cost extra. price will be
discussed.)
☆ADDITIONALLY: changes to things such as poses, subject matter, dramatic
changes in an image's composition WILL COST EXTRA if change was not
brought to my attention during the sketch stage of the piece.
☆I accept payment through PAYPAL ONLY.
__NO mail-in checks or cash
__NO Deviantart "points" (i have no use for those)
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE VIA THE "pay for goods and services" OPTION. NO EXCUSES.

10.3h If you violate the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, … you will be liable to PayPal for the amount of PayPal’s
damages caused by your violation … You acknowledge and agree that $2,500.00 USD per violation … is presently a
reasonable minimum estimate of PayPal’s actual damages … PayPal may deduct such damages directly from any existing
Balance in the offending Account or any other Account you control.
☆Payment plans are possible for more expensive commissions, however a down payment
of 30% must be made. If you are unable to pay for your full commission, please
note me early on so a full refund can be issued. if the commission is near complete
and you cant pay, all but the 30% will be refunded.
☆ADDITIONALLY: Full refunds may ONLY be issued to commissioners for pieces
with prices lower than $30 and and a note MUST be provided as a "withdraw"
from the commission during the line art stage BEFORE the coloring stage. After
line art is completed and color is set to be applied you are too late for a refund.
☆I retain the right to cancel a commission at any time. the commissioner will be
noted and refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
☆I retain the right to refuse a sale completely.
☆I retain the right to take legal action against anyone who revokes payment after work has been
completed and/or shipped to the commissioner.
☆ I retain the right to re-use rejected sketches or sketches from canceled commissions as i see fit.
If you didn't pay for it, it belongs to me. I can re-use and re-sell it as I please.
