MEANWHILE, THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY
I got a new job!
I'm half excited and half nervous about it. Excited to get back to work and have income, nervous about doing a good job, making a good impression, remembering how to have any idea what I'm doing when it comes to engineering stuff... @.@ Well, I suppose I'll do my best. Once work starts though (March 4), I'm going to be on messengers/twitter a lot less, what with being at work and all.
The job is not in my current area, though! I have to move closer to it... just 150 miles, though, not thousands xD And thus next week I'll be moving south, to the DC suburbs (VA, just outside the beltway). I have utilities and all that arranged, and if things go as planned I won't have to go without internet access for any length of time. So I should probably start packing. >.>
How much this will effect my writing output, I can't say. Really depends on my stress and energy levels after work is taken into account! I do have one story I started yesterday I'd like to finish and post before work starts (or possibly before I even move), but as I imagine the next few days could be pretty hectic, I won't make any promises.
I'll try to keep y'all updated as things progress. ^^

Congratulation Hueroc I'm really glad for you. ^^
And do not worry, you're the best.
I hope you will find your new job exiting and challenging in a good way.
As for your writing . . . you should definitely focus on your new job for now, and don't worry about posting new stories . . . It's not like we're going to leave you just because you're gone for a little while.
Stay cool and we'll see you again.
Dragons + bondage = WIN
and come back quicker... jk.
hope you do a good work.
Also consider taking a small notepad with you to work, because at times much like when you are about to fall asleep, you often suddenly get creative ideas when you least expect it, so it happens in the workplace more often then you would think.
Me tooooo...
